iron(III) sulfate + copper(I) oxide

Does Cu2O react with Fe2(SO4)3 in H2SO4 water solution by this equation?

Cu2O + Fe2(SO4)3 + H2SO4 => 2CuSO4 + 2FeSO4 + H2O

One, Fe2(SO4)3 does not have enough energy to pull Cu out  its compound (according to the reactivity series)
Two, H2SO4 can't react with  Fe2(SO4)3 because the Fe 2+ ion is stronger than H2So4(covalent bonds) so it doesnot occur

Three, you are twice wrong.

H2SO4 doesn't react here with Fe2(SO4)3, it takes care of oxygen from copper oxide. And Fe(II) won't work, but Fe(III) does is quite strong oxidizer, routinely used to etch copper from printed circuit boards (although it seems to me that it is lately replaced by other, greener methods).
