Thalidomide tautomerization

can somebody explain what the intermediate of thalidomide looks like when the (s) enantiomer tautomerizes to the (r) enantiomer....what functional group would be formed by tautomerization?

Well, for starters, can you define tautomer?  And can you draw the starting structure?
