Arrange the indicated bonds in the above molecule b1 b2 b3 b4 from left to right by increasing energies.
That is, start with the smallest on the left and end with the largest on the right.
Use the average values for bond energy that are given in your text.

Picture doesn't work.  Oh well.  Maybe if you'd shown some work we could guess what the problem is.
