NBR+SBR coeficient of thermal elongation
« on: November 01, 2008, 10:39:23 AM »
Hi,

I am a new member here and not a chemical specialist, so pleased be nice with me... ;D

I would like to know if someone knows the NBR+SBR coefficient of thermal elongation?
I am working on a part at home and need to join an aluminium part and a NBR+SBR rubber tube.
I found many information on aluminium but none on NBR+SBR. In fact, I don't even know if such kind of information is available for rubber material. But I would need to know it, even an approximate value, as the parts will be close enough. If NBR+SBR has got a higher CTE, then it will cover the aluminium part and my part will not be efficient.

Feel free to give me your point of view...
Thanks
