HELP (1,2) dimethyl (4) methylbromine cyclohex(1)ene synthesis?

   it's a cyclohexene ring with one double bond in it

   it has methyl groups attached at the double bonded carbons of the ring, and it has a CH2Br attached at the 4 position

   any advice would be greatly appreciated for synthesis
