calculate Ka

If [H+] and [acid] are known
The equation should be [H+][acid-]/[acid]= Ka   right?
But what I don't get is, if only [H+] and [acid] are known and [acid-] is not, how can you then calculate the value of Ka?

Take a look at stoichiometry of dissociation.

Alternatively, think about charge balance.
