1. Are molecules always nonmetal? because atoms in the molecule is bonded by covalent bonds, so I assume they are nonmetal.
2. Are covalent solids the same as molecular solids?
3. Are molecular solids part of molecular substance? since molecular substance can be gas,liquid or solid, but molecular solids can only be solids.

Yes molecules always consist of non-metals since they contain covalent bonds (Covalent bonds only from between non-metals)

Covalent solids consist of molecules sometimes,  sometimes covalent solids have network structures.  A molecular solid is a solid made up of molecules, and so are covalent molecular solids. although covalent NETWORK solids dont consist of molecules and so are not the same as molecular solids.  They are not molecular solids.

3.  Ask your teacher to go over basic bonding and molecules.  People forget the foundations and can't build on it anymore.  I dont really get your last question, it's a bit wierd.
