I know that there are multiple forms of thermite- I personally have done Fe3O4 and Cr2O3 thermite- but I am unsure of exactly how far I can go with this.  I really love simple inorganic chemistry, and the purification of metals from their compounds.  Can anyone tell me what forms of thermite are available and where I can buy their oxides?

Here are the ones I know:

Iron (III) oxide
Iron (II, III) oxide
Chromium oxide
Silicon dioxide
Copper (II) oxide
Copper (I) oxide
Tin dioxide
Manganese (IV) oxide
Manganese (III) oxide
Cobalt oxide
Silver oxide
Nickel oxide

Are there any others that anyone knows of?  If so, where can I obtain their oxides?

You forgot lead oxide based thermites. There's also a gypsum based thermite that is reportedly quite hot.
