Do you mean reactions that take place within the various layers of the atmosphere

http://www.nasa.gov/audience/forstudents/9-12/features/912_liftoff_atm.html

or reactions of the gases within the atmosphere closest to the earth?

I got the two links above by entering the text

"earth atmosphere"

into google.

You can start by listing the components of the atmosphere, what compounds are there?
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
