How much moles of KHC8H4O4  in 100ml of 0.1mol/L solution?

In future, do not use topic titles such as "Need Help", "Help Please" as they do not describe the problem, but your anxiety.

Yes, we understand.  The rules say that you need to show some work first.  Can you figure out how many moles are in 100 mL if you have a 0,100 mol/L solution?

so just find the moles needed to prepare 100 ml of a .1 M solution:

100 mL = .1 L (.1 mol/ 1L) .01 mol of KHC8H4O4

and then use the molar mass of this compound to find the grams needed.
