Need help to solve
« on: January 29, 2009, 02:11:52 AM »
A tank contains 0.05 m3 of nitrogen (N2) at -21oC and 10 MPa. Determine the
mass of nitrogen, in kg, using
a. The ideal gas model.
b. Data from the compressibility chart.
Comment on the applicability of the ideal gas model for nitrogen at this state.

a) Are you aware of the ideal gas equation, pV = nRT ?
b) I don't see a compressibility chart, so not sure, is this something in your text book?
