finding mass needed to complete reaction

Elemental sulfur occurs as octatomic molecules, S8. What mass of fluorine gas is needed for complete reaction with 292.21 g sulfur to form sulfur hexaflouride?
im trying to get my hw done before prof teaches the assignment in class so i need a little help understanding concepts! Is there a helpful site that can explain how to do these type of problems i have like 10 problems similar in a way to this one. Thanks!

the balanced equation for this is
S8+24F2--->8SF6
