Dear van123;

You may search for: "Ion-Exchange Membrane" according to:
(I have seen different sources.)

Or use the old Hg-Process, depending on the amount and max. Concentration you need.

Good Luck!

Historically, the memberane was a felted asbestos membrane, don't know where you're going to buy that.  I'd stick with ARGOS++:'s first suggestion.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.

Dear van123;

I never meant you should search inside the paper.
But you will find suppliers if you search the Internet with this keyword.
(The keyword is given in the section: Membrane cell process of the paper.)

Good Luck!
