trouble with my graph

ok so i did a lab in school today and im having trouble making this graph in excel

i know how to use excel and all but i dont know what do do with my data.

usually i have 2 rows of data but this time i have like 4 and i get 3 lines like this...

If your "time" represent the "various condition" in adequate manner, then the graph looks ok.

am i allowed to do time vs time? in my lab we were seeing how long it took to react 10 ml (always) of hydrogen sulfite with 10 ml of iodate (decreasing after each trial) and when we took out 1 ml of iodate we put in 1 ml of water.... so shouldn't i have concentration of iodate vs reaction time?
