An excited ion emits radiation at a wavelength of 585.5 nm in the visible range of the spectrum. Calculate the frequency of a photon of this radiation.

can someone give me a formula to use in order to answer this question, we are learning bout gas laws in class and then he gave us this for hw and i dont know what to do.
