Pittcon
« on: February 28, 2009, 09:00:21 PM »
Hi everybody,

I have the opportunity to go to Pittcon this year, but I was wondering if I could get an idea of how worthwhile their technical program is.  Some of the descriptions available on their website look interesting to me, but some of my coworkers are under the impression that the seminars and workshops are mostly just disguised sales pitches.  Is there anybody here who's been there before and can let me know what they thought?

Thanks,

Hello Train,

From my own personal experience, many of the seminars are, in fact, dressed up sales pitches. There are some good seminars and workshops, so you'll just have to spend your time wisely!
