Equilibrium Kp and Kc

What is the value of Kp and Kc for the evaporation process H2O (l)  ::equil:: H2O (g) at 25 degrees C ? The vapor pressure of water is 23.8 torr at 25 degrees C.

To my understanding H2O(L) is a pure liquid and isn't used in equilibrium. Can someone help me out on this???
