Is this chemical equation correct?

             PbCl2(s) + NH3(aq) --> Pb(NH3)3^+ +Cl^-

No, this equation is incorect.
This is reaction of hydrolysis, water is also needed on the left side.

PbCl2 (aq) + 2NH3 (aq) + 2H2O (l)  -> Pb(OH)2 (s) + NH4Cl (aq)
