Synthesis of a Polymer
« on: March 08, 2009, 02:16:04 PM »
There are three polymers. Two of them are sodium polyacrylate and polyvinyl alcohol. The third one is slime, which results when borax is added to polyxinyl alcohol. What are the differences and similarities in these polymers. I know that sodium polyacrylate and polyvinyl alcohol are addition polymers, whereas slime is a cross-liked polymer.
