Reversed phase HPLC and triple quad MSMS method for cephalsoprin

I will really apprecaite if somebdoy can help me with RP HPLC method for cephalosporin C. I do not want to use buffer in my mass spec so looking for only simeple gradient iwth ACN,MeOH and water

Just get a columns, some standard, make injects and modify conditions to get a good peak.
