Mystery Flame Retardant Compound

I am investigating the use of flame retardant offered by Italmatch Chemicals.  Is a phosphorus-bromine FR.
%P = 21-24 %
%Br = 9.5-11%

Any ideas on what it could be.  Italmatch specializes in red phosphorus FRs.  I have attached a proposed structure.  Does anyone think it is viable?
