Unfortunately, there is no single guide which contains this information (I honestly wish there was a single guide, it would help a great deal!).

Some cost estimate information is available in Perry's Chemical Engineer Handbook. It would really depend on the type of extraction involved (ratios, concentrations, background contaminants, final product, and too many other aspects).

I hope this helps point you in the right direction.
