i know your suppose to determine the colors of the particles coming out of the column in HPLC, does anyone know how to determine which is vitamin B6 since it? the size and color from fluorescence detection???

Yeah, buy a sample of B6 and run it through the HPLC as a standard. Note Retention time and flouresence.
