So the question is draw an orbital diagram and show a location of the most energetic electrons with the following set of quantum numbers.
n=3, l=2, ml=-1, and ms = +- 1/2. Then name the element.

all i know at this moment is that the element is somewhere on period 3 and its a d shape.
