Can anyone give me some advice in converting pence/m3 to british pound/year.

I think 100 pence = 1 british pound (kindly check that since I don't use that currency). However... how can m³ be converted to year? Are there other pieces of information involved in that problem... say, volumetric flow rate or rate of production? Anything that will relate volume to time.
