I'd be glad if any one can provide me with insights into the mechanism by which gold (I) thiosulfate complex in solution is converted to gold sulfide on a support such as titania in an acidic environment. I would be doubly happy if one can provide a balanced equation(s) for this. It is of utmost importance that I get this since it is critical for my research work presently.
