I know it is very silly to ask preparation of compounds in various conc. I am basically not chemist, so if any one can tell me how to prepare different ppm solutions. I know 1ppm=1mg/lit.

Is there any simple formula to prepare 10,50,100 ppm solutions?

1 ppm = 1 mg / L is only really a good enough approximation to use for simple aqueous solutions. What are the units of your ppm?
