IU/mg to % Polymyxin B Sulphate

Could someone please tell me if Polymyxin B Sulphate has a maximum IU/mg? I need a percent content and I have 8030IU/mg. Thanks.

According to this website, "Each milligram of pure polymyxin B base is equivalent to 10,000 units of polymyxin B" 

By "percent content" do you mean percent purity, percent potency, percent label claim, or something else?

I have a potency of 8030iu/mg and am after the percent.
