calculating relative amounts of nitrous oxide
« on: May 28, 2009, 03:02:50 PM »
If you were to add heat to N2O so that separates into N2 and O2 ions in a redox reaction, and then measure the amounts of O2 and N2, is there a way to figure out how much N2O you had to start?

How about a balanced chemical equation to start us off?

2N2O-> 2N2 + O2
