can someone please define hydrogen peroxide?
i would also like to understand the cause and reaction which happend when i added yeast to it.

Hydrogen peroxide is H
2
O
2
. It is sometimes written as HOOH to emphasize the fact that it contains an O–O bond; in fact a peroxide is just a compound with an O–O single bond, and hydrogen peroxide is the simplest peroxide. For more information on this specific experiment, see
