Peptide sequencing MS/MS tandem MS

I am given a ESI TOF MS/MS spectrum of an octapeptide. I have all the m/z values for all the peaks. But how do I determine the composition of the peptide? I need some kind of strategy since the spectrum does not tell me what is the y- or b- fragments.
