Using activity coefficients from Table 8-1 in your text book, calculate the maximum mass of PbI2 which can dissolve in 100. mL of 0.100 M KI?
For this qn, would i have to use an ice table?

but would I have to use an ice table to find the concentration of I^- at equilibrium?

No, you may safely assume iodide concentration doesn't change end equals 0.1 all the time.
