Chemistry help atomic number

HI,
I was wondering if anyone would be so kind to explain and help me with my question?  What is the atomic number of ununquadium (it is 114 right?) but how can I get to that conclusion except looking at the periodic table is there any other way?  an also give full symbol for the isotope with 175 neutrons?

Give empirical formulae of the highest normal oxide of ununquadium and of its highest fluoride how do I come to that conclusion?
Thank you so much in advance

Being in the field... I have never heard anyone call element 114 ununquadium, we call it 114.
