ELECTROLYTIC to SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE - HELP

i want to produce SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE by ELECTROLYTIC of brine, can anybody help or send me some literature about this subject, what i need exactly is

1- the design of the cell i should use
2- specification of the electricity
3- what i need to use for anode and cathode.
