Viscosity of C Massecuite.

I am working on a project regarding Sugar and related phenomenon of Crystallization. At the moment  I am in desperate need of viscosity and other physical data regarding a compound named C Massecuite. Waiting for urgent replies.

You've probably looked at the Handbook of Chemistry and Physics?
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
