Well the title basically sais it all. We did an experiment in which we found the enthalpy change, and we need to compare it to the "literature value". I have searched google for ages and couldint find anything. Where could I possibly find the literature value?

Are you doing the enthalpy of dissolution experiment with a calorimeter?  Confession: during my Gen Chem II lab last semester, I went online and tried figuring out the value myself.  .I managed to deduce it from several data and then rearrange my calculations performed in lab.  In the end however, I found the exact values of each of the ionic compounds...out of all the places....IN A CHEMISTRY TEXT!!!

Have you been reading your chemistry text lately? ;)
