if anyone answers this question please remember this forum rule

Discussions on illicit drug synthesis are strictly forbidden as well as discussions on synthesizing explosives. Although intellectual discussions on the chemical physical properties of such explosives and drugs are allowed.

There are many sites out on the Internet that supports pyrotechnic discussions. So, there is no reason to do it here. We just do not want to end up attracting that kind of post. Not to mention exposing the forum to legal issues. We can not determine who will be illicit and who will not.

I am not trying to deter or discourage you, just letting you know what the forum rules here are.

I will say that in many cases the kind of thing you want to play with is easily unpredictable and could blow up in your face.

good luck in your endeavors and stay safe

AFAIK, any compound that will self-ignite after "minutes" could also self ignite after, say, a tenth of a second.
