kinetic salt effects
« on: August 24, 2009, 10:44:39 AM »
Hy,I am new on this forum and I really need somebodys help here. I am student of chemistry, 3.year,and now I am writing my degree paper and my theme is: kinetic salt effects. Generaly I have concept of paper and materials for it but I really have a problem finding an example for secondary kinetic salt effect. I have been searching internet for last 3-4 days and I found nothing very usefull. Maybe I have missed something.
What I really need is some example ( reaction ) on which that effect is shown.
So if somebody has that example, or maybe a link to it,please answer me.
Thanks :)

An example of this effect is the inversion of sucrose by acetic acid (HAc) first observed by Arrhenius and described further by Br6nsted and La Mer.
