Balancing chemical equations

How do I balance this chemical equation using the method of redox ?

Could anyone explain me, I'm not very good.

C2H6O + O2 = CO2 + H2O

Well assign the oxidation numbers of the reactants and products in order to determine how many moles of each species are needed to conserve mass and charge..
