I am thinking that you would figure out if it would increase with how strong the bonds are. I am not exactly sure if I am on the right page here or not.

You're certainly on the right page. Which bond in particular do you need to consider the strength of?

Also, write out the equilibrium for the dissociation. Consider whether or not the conditions in each case particularly favour or disfavour either side of the equilibrium. Any ideas?
