Using the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle
« on: September 25, 2009, 03:09:12 PM »
How accurately can an umpire know the position of a baseball (mass = 0.152 kg) moving at 100.0 mi/hr  1.00% (44.7 m/s  1.00%)?

So, I did:
=1.05e-34/((2)(.152)(44.7))= 7.73e-36m.
It says I'm off by a multiple of ten. Help?
