Two Years of Chem...

OK I've had two years of high school chem, I know that's not a lot, but I'm just starting to get back into it and perhaps pursuing a degree part-time at a local community college in chem.  But, while I've been studying up on my chem, I have a question that's bothering me:

What do you do if you want SALT crystals out of a 45% (or whatever percent) SOLUTION of NaCl.  Aren't the Na+ and Cl- just floating around in the solution?  How do you get them to come together to form the salt crystals from the solution?  I haven't figured this one out and perhaps there's not an answer, not sure.  Anyways, thanks for any help.

The solution has to be saturated for the given temperature. Saturation can be achieved by evaporation and/or cooling. NaCl is very soluble, though.

heat the solution to dryness; once the water has evaporated, the remaining Na+ and Cl- ions will react together to form solid sodium chloride.
