J Values: Doublet of doublet of doublet

Hey all-

So I have an NMR with a mixture of Borneol and Camphor. At about 4 ppm I have a doublet of doublet of doublets and I am asked to calculate the J values. I heard somewhere that there are supposed to be 3 J values, but I am unsure of how to proceed.

Any help would be great!
