Hi I have a quick question on this:calculate mol of Fe3O4 formed when:
24g of Fe reacts with 10g of O2 to produce Fe3O4
so Fe3O4= 3Fe +2O2 does this mean that I mutilply the mass of (fe)24g by 3 beacause the coefficent is 3(Mol)and multiply O2 mass(10g) by 2???
or do i keep the original mass so n=34g/232gmol=0.146 mol Fe3O4
0r would it be n=92g/232gmol=0.396 mol Fe3O4
Thanks
