standard enthalpy of formation
« on: November 04, 2009, 04:16:07 PM »
Here is the question:

I know how to solve this, which is product minus reactant or [4(-241.8 )] - [(N2O4)] (both H2 and N2 are 0) but I don't know what the value of N2O4 is since I don't have the book. :( I've tried Googling for it and trying different values but I keep getting the wrong answer.

Can someone please give me the standard enthalpy of formation of N2O4 in kJ/mol?

Thanks.
