Hi this is the first forum i have turned to. I am looking for something that can make the following effect. Say u have a room. Say 9 square m.. The effect i want is to put this material in there in small size, start the reaction and watch how this material expends over the whole place/room. And how it gets solid after a shortly after expansion. I am not a chemical expert so all i can think of is something similar to this yelow thing we used to use when installing new windows to furfill the small holes.

Just be careful if you try that, as they use hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) in the reaction and it is a strong oxidant.

Yes the second link is closer. I want to make a realy big mess, it should get hard(solid) after the reaction so that it stays there. I want it to be really hard to remove.

Hard to remove?!?  You want to damage someone's place? It makes me think it isn't for a joke, but rather for a revenge. Am I right?
