I wouldn't ask "How much is your salary," that is pretty personal along with "how much is your max salary in the future" and "how many years do you need to reach for max salaries" and "how much was your starting salary."

I would stick to asking something like, "what pathway did you take to reach your current position (what degree do you have, did you shadow people for experience, etc)?" or something like "what classes would you recommend me taking to have a good basis to reach a position such as yours?"

Anything not too personal, not too complicated, interviewees do not want to be interrogated.

Just to chip in on the salary thing. These days salary scales are much more "fluid" than they used to be. For particular positions, there may be no fixed salary band or even a fixed incremental increase each year. Raises may be linked directly to annual appraisals and company profiability factors rather than automatic increases.

Consequently, you can't use a single individuals details as an absolute guide of what to expect.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

If I were to answer your questions, this is how it would go

1-what's your job exactly?
Products and process engineer for a Japanese Plastics company.  I do a little bit of everything.  I work in a manufacturing environment.

2-what degree do u have?
BS in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry minor

3-how much long did it take you to graduate?
6 years, but it only should take 4.  I worked part-time while going to school.

4-did you pass any specific exam?
No, but many engineers in the USA take an EIT exam.  After they pass this exam they can worked under a licensed engineer (PE).  I believe you need to work under a PE for a certain time period, then you take the PE exam.  As a licensed PE you can stamp documents.  There was not a reason for me personally to pursue this.  I do not work under any PE's.

5-what extra skills do u recommend for a chemical engineer?
Being willing to accept that you do not know everything

6-does a chemical engineer need special talent?
What do you mena by special talent?

7-what is starting salary for a chemical engineer?
This will vary by job type and location.  This can be looked up on the internet (average starting salaries)

8-what is maximum salary for a chemical engineer?
Experience, job type, location, and many other factors will determine salary.  Look it up on the internet

9-how much graduating university is important to attain a job?
Depends.  A degree in chemical engineering carys a lot of weight itself.

10-how was opportunities for a chemical engineer to take a job?
Depends on the economy.  You should define this question better.  Do you mean?  "what types of jobs? or "How many jobs?"
