NaOH with KOH gives what

i want to know what is the result of mixing NaOH with KOH and if the answer is Na+,K+ and OH- ions solution then how do we get Na and K from it?

There is no reaction between NaOH and KOH.
This is visible in the net ionic equation;

Na++OH- --> Na++OH-

Basically everything dissolves and nothing precipitates, since Na will obviously not bond with K.

To get Na+, K+, & OH- you need water or heat to a molten state.
