I have a ceramic vinegar jar that began growing crystals after being moved from a cool, dark location to beneath a lamp. I don't know when the jar was filled with vinegar. The process happened quickly and I have been unable to stop it after washing, bleaching. I don't think there could have been other elements added to vinegar, intentionally. I also don't know what kind of vinegar.
Can anyone help me solve the mystery?
