« on: December 02, 2009, 11:08:35 AM »
For my chemistry class i need to come up with and then actually find the specific heat of unpopped popcorn.

my setup so far is as follows

put 1g of popcorn in a test tube but the test in 200g of water boil the water then move the popcorn to coldwater and moniter the differnce in tempature. then plug then numbers into q=mcΔt and find the specific heat.

time is limited as I only have until 850 tommorow morning to test and and cant start until 8
will my setup work, and do you have any suggestions to make it better.
